The Sowetan has launched a new education supplement called Power Your Future, with a distribution of 1 800 000 copies to 1 000 urban, peri-urban and rural previously disadvantaged schools and government Multi-Purpose Community Centres - initially in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West and Free State, then rolling out across the nation by the end of 2006. The supplement provides in-school support for teachers in these schools on curriculum-based content for Grades 11 and 12.
