Independent brand communications agency Troika Imagineering Works has expanded its in-house range of integrated marketing communications services with the establishment of a fully-fledged PR division, headed up by Marilyn de Villiers, who previously held the position of strategic content and planning director at Citigate SA after managing its PR department.
