Rhodes University ripped off by Nigerian web scam
A supposed Nigerian college, 'Sefcody's International College of Nigeria', is using campus pictures of Rhodes University and claiming them as their own. The 'registrar' also uses an identical website message to that of Rhodes. To teach at this "upmarket institution" you are asked to first pay a $350 registration fee. Rhodes University is taking "appropriate action".
