The Story of an African Farm, re-titled 'Bustin' Bonaparte' by the American distributors, opened in New York and Los Angeles USA at the weekend. The New York Times film critic Ned Martel says: "Bustin' Bonaparte adapts a classic novel in gleaming cinematic form." Bustin' Bonaparte / The Story of an African Farm, stars Richard E. Grant, Armin Mueller- Stahl, and Karin van der Laag and was released in cinemas across South Africa in 2004.
