A ‘powerful' new car launch

Motorists on the N1 had the opportunity to smile at the lighter side of the electricity crisis with SEAT SA's ad campaign for its new Leon Cupra which will be launched in April 2008. While the electricity crisis is one of the most serious issues facing South Africa, the idea behind this billboard was not only to demonstrate the new car's 177 kilowatts of power, but also to convey the irreverent and brave attitude with which this car will be launched into a marketplace which is dealing with the worst power crisis in SA's modern history.
