Zhoozsh! charity dinner raises R200 000
Radio personality Jeremy Mansfield and his wife Jacqui raised R200 000 for disadvantaged students who are studying towards becoming chefs, at a charity dinner held recently in the name of their successful cook book Zhoozsh!. The charity that benefited was the Bill Gallagher Young Chefs Study Assistance Fund. This financial assistance fund is a top-up that pays for books, cooking utensils etc, for students who are already registered at a reputable culinary institution.
