Film & TV Unit wins M&G award
The Mail & Guardian last week recognised the Film & TV Unit for its contribution to youth empowerment, poverty alleviation, support of woman and transformation in the audio-visual sector with a Merit Award for Investing in Education. An independent non-profit organisation housed at Monash SA, the Unit has achieved an 85% employment rate of former students, having trained over 400 people in its three years of existence.
