There is a variety of products available for the public to view, the younger market is welcome to play some N Gage games while waiting for their flights, while older generations are welcome to sit and have some coffee or set up their email on their phones, brand ambassadors will also inform you of exciting Nokia products such as Maps or OVI.

The Creative Counsel has completed their first month of their Nokia Airport Activation at O.R. Tambo Domestic departures. This promotion is being held to showcase the Nokia E Series range as well as the new N Series range from Nokia. This airport activation is targeted at educating and informing consumers passing through the airport who travel domestically. The Creative Counsel proposed this idea to their client Nokia as it is the perfect place for them to reach their target markets and it is a captive audience who will receive the messages well.
For the month of January, travellers who visited the stand were able to put their business card into an entry box for an opportunity to win a Nokia hamper, the winner for January is R. Strauli from Durban. Congratulations. And F. Zeelie from George decoded the briefcase in February.
In March travellers have the ongoing opportunity to scratch a scratch card, if they have a winning card they have the chance to decode a briefcase with a cash prize or to win one of many Nokia prizes. The promotion is scheduled to run until the end of March and potentially beyond. Travellers are welcome to visit the stand and to interact with the Nokia experts and devices.
