Continental Tyre (SA) has appointed Twiggy Nyaumwe as PR and Communications Manager as of mid-April this year.

Pietermaritzburg-born Twiggy was previously the corporate affairs manager at the National Ports Authority in Port Elizabeth. Before that, she was based in Durban and worked as media manager for Technikon Natal and Fedics Foods Services. She has a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from the University of Natal (Pietermartizburg) and was recently voted the best communications student in South Africa during her current IMM studies.
