The Board of Directors of Tshikululu Social Investments is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracey Henry as chief executive officer.

Tracey succeeds Tshikululu founder, Margie Keeton who has retired from her executive capacities in the organisation as part of a structured change process.

Having read an MA in the Social Sciences, Tracey joined the Chamber of Mines in a personnel development capacity before moving to the Anglo American Chairman's Fund in 1995. She helped establish Tshikululu Social Investments in 1998, set up to manage corporate social investments for various clients.

In these 10 years, Tracey has worked at Tshikululu variously as manager of the De Beers Fund, the FirstRand Foundation, and the Discovery Foundation and Fund.
