JP Roodt has been appointed as account manager at the Marcus Brewster Publicity (MBP) head office in Cape Town. Roodt joins the firm's corporate practice area.

Graduating in 2004 with a BA in Media, Culture and Communication from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Roodt was top public relations and corporate communications student as well as top new media student. In addition to running his own boutique agency in the Eastern Cape, Roodt's consultancy experience includes more than two years in a senior PR capacity at an internationally aligned integrated marketing agency.
