Ramsay, Son & Parker appoint Neil Piper as associate publisher of CAR
Piper joined the magazine as advertising manager: coastal in 1999. He moved to sister title Popular Mechanics as national business manager three years later and was promoted to publisher in 2004.

Piper rejoined CAR as national business manager in 2006, with WIEL and then Leisure Wheels added to his portfolio when these joined the RS&P stable.
