Offices range from 10m² (nice space for two desks) to 50m² (nice for 10-12 desks). The units can be joined as your needs grow and we have space for expansion. The floor rate is R150-00 per square meter this includes the use of 230m² of facilities.

There are 230m² of facilities - boardrooms, meeting rooms, reception, bar, kitchens and toilets. The receptionist answers and fields calls and messages in your companies name.
Security is hi-tech with a Tag in-Tag out system and IP cameras.
The boardrooms and meeting rooms are booked in advance on a first come first served basis. The main boardroom is 42m² and comfortably seats 20+. There are two kitchens equipped with fridges, microwave, kettles, crockery, cutlery and a coffee machine.

The network is firewall secure and run on CAT6 cabling and a Gigabit - VLAN switch, the building is also wireless, 1Gig is included in the the monthly payment, thereafter it is billed monthly per meg. Discounts are available for bulk internet usage.

Phone calls are billed monthly and we do have least cost routing (reduced costs on land line to cellphone and international.) Local calls are charges at Telkom rates. All phones are VoIP smart phones and/or soft phones(Software loaded onto your computer).
Printing, copying and faxing are billed per page.
