Promotions Exec/PA - Quantum Publishers

Promotions executive and PA

• Planning and co-ordination of all promotions on a monthly basis
• Liasing with clients from booking and receipt of promotional material to final approvals
• Updating and growing existing client base
• Liasing with retailers for clothing and soft furnishings for cover shoots and giveaways
• Liasing with relevant companies for books, CDs, DVDs for reviews pages and articles
• Co-ordination of promotional prizes internally and externally
• Assisting the General Manager wherever necessary
• General filing of marketing, human resources and advertising material
• Co-ordinating of company events
• Compilation and distribution of minutes for planning meetings
• Providing assistance at reception when required

Must have at least 2 years magazine experience, please submit 2 page cv with references and photo.
