Sales and Marketing Manager - Egoli Gas

The Sales and Marketing Section under the leadership of the Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy to achieve the growth objectives. Establishing the natural gas brand and improving the image plays a major role in increasing customer numbers and customer satisfaction. Sales and marketing also plays a supporting role to other sections and the level of service provided will affect the success of other departments.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Meeting the annual growth target of the company
• Successfully implement the strategies defined in the Sales and Marketing Plan to support growth, losses and profitability objectives.
• Manage employees to achieve acceptable performance standards that support the growth and profitability objectives per tariff category
• Successfully manage the Company's Performance Management System in the Sales and Marketing Department
• Demonstrate the acceptance and buy-in into the value system of the company and ‘living” the values.
• Managing employees & performance management system: Ensure that employees achieve the performance standards to support the growth and profitability objectives per tariff category. All KPI's updated, agreed with staff, appraised and training and other corrective measures identified and addressed, on time.
