Sales/Marketing Manager - Petrochemical Industry - IMM

Dynamic, innovative Sales & Marketing Manager with a degree (pref in engineering)and 8 - 10 years experience in a relevant industry is required to join this successful International company.
Key responsibilties are to manage the Sales & Marketing strategy of the African business; develop future strategies for the sales force;analysis of competitor companies,products,pricing and selling techniques;new product development in conjunction with technical teams;developing of annual sales budgets and forecasts in order to maximise profitability;ensuring business growth through broadening of client base and product offering.

Strong management skills are essential to lead and monitor 3 Business Managers and 2 Technical Reps. Excellent technical, IT and analytical skills are required to interact,negotiate and troubleshoot effectively with customers at all levels.

Requirements
Technical,IT,interpersonal,analytical,leadership, organisational and presentation skills essential.

Details
Remuneration: R630 000 to R700 000 per annum
