Traffic Manager - Motiv a division of Ince (Pty) Ltd

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. Responsibilities will include: Briefing and scheduling every job that comes into the studio through the necessary channels and ensuring delivery on each. Opening worktickets and job-bags loading/updating onto the system. Co-ordinating the necessary designers. Liaising with production / suppliers.
Issuing of PO's. Organizing necessary freelancers if required. Keep a close eye on timing and deadlines to ensure the job is on track. To act as the link between the projects team (PM's) and the studio (designers / proofreading and typesetting)

Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in project/production management. Investor related industry experience an advantage. Must have knowledge and a good understanding in print production and repro in an agency environment. Good comprehension of dealing with corporate identity, branding and annual reports. Commercial execution of projects. Understanding the direction in which the Industry operates.
Excellent client service skills, with strong admin & computer literacy skills. Must have attention-to-detail & excellent planning ability. An ability to effectively put the necessary systems and procedures in place.

Able to think independently and work without supervision.
Outgoing and no-nonsense personality with the ability to interact positively on all levels. Pay attention to detail and show initiative with flexibility. Able to traffic projects and be apart of a team of diverse people. A good motivator and ability to get good work out of the creative team. Free thinker and solution driven. Will suite a dynamic, highly skilled and motivated individual capable of working in a fast paced pressurized environment.
