This individual will be responsible for: • Liaising with clients to receive broad campaign brief • Set up of project plan including resources, system configuration and data / leads • Briefing Call Centre as to campaign details • Work with Call Centre team to implement campaigns • Reporting on campaign results / outcomes • Presenting results back to client • Contract negotiation for project renewals
