The candidate would be required to oversee the Human Resources function of the Company.
This function includes the recruitment, training, mentoring, monitoring and managing of a national pool of young adult field staff brand ambassador employees.
In addition, the function includes attending to the human resource requirements of the Company's Head Office.
The candidate will be required to manage all administration associated with this portfolio.

Requirements Human Resources Management, Labour Relations degree / diploma qualification.
The candidate should have a personable, professional disposition as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, a sound knowledge of Labour Relations legislation and a strong theoretical and practical framework of human resources management. Strong Administration skills are also required.
The candidate should be accustomed to working independently and assuming responsible for a portfolio.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint Advantageous • Experience dealing with the recruitment and management of student labour. • Experience managing a national staff complement of personnel remotely from a central Head Office. • Experience drafting Human Resource policies, codes, training programmes and conducting performance evaluations. • An understanding of new media and direct marketing.
