Newtown Diwali Festival promises Bollywood experience

This year's Festival of Lights, celebrated by millions of Hindus worldwide, will bring together the cities' unique mix of cultures in a line-up of award winning South African artists, fabulous food; arts and crafts and movies, including a Bollywood street party. Hosted by the City of Johannesburg, the Newtown Diwali Festival takes place at the Newtown Cultural Precinct in Johannesburg on Saturday 22 October 2005. Entrance is free.
