Black owned Media and Communications investment company MSG Afrika Investment Holdings Limited announced its acquisition of a 51% interest in RedCube Agency, South Africa's fastest growing and leading Brand PR Company, at the opening of the new RedCube Agency offices on 22 September 2005. The acquisition became effective from 1 October 2005.

RedCube Agency and MSG celebrated in style with media partners, clients and industry friends at the opening of their stylish new offices in Peter Place Park, Bryanston.
