How does a talk radio station makes money?
Does anyone know how do talk radio stations make money given that they hardly ever play attractive music to attract the listeners?

Guys, talk radio stations like 702,SAfm and CapeTalk how do they make money?I'm asking this because most of the times when you listen to them they hardly ever play music and when they do its not good at all.Does that mean that they assume what their listeners want?
