The Doccie wants to create the impression that these are just bored youths who while-away their time in Railway which in fact the truth is these are pupils who bunk school to go demonstrate their powers and authority in the trains as newly recruited "26 prison-gang members".

They contribute to the crimes at the trains and some of them have admitted to a reporter that they rob commuters.This gang has infiltrated schools and one-out-of two pupils and students are members and to show their loyalty they have to embark on activities like train surfing,parking cars and begging at intersections and the bottom-line its that they must discomfort the public at large who must not enjoy any freedoms.

This reporter from 3rd degree did not interogate the situation to get to the bottom of the real reasons behind these actions.They don`t want sympathy but to be arrested and taken to prison to go be finally drilled into this gang.
