Mellow Wood Scuse me scuse me - what the hell is this rubbish?
There is a commercial running on air that is just nonsensical, could someone please tell us what they want us to know.

Having worked in the industry for many years, and having done a lot of liquor advertising, I look at this ridiculous commercial and wonder why the client wasted his money, who approved it and why the agency presented it. I had no idea that Japanese people were motivators of brandy consumption and what this' Scuse me ' business is all about.

Please would the agency or the brand manager tell us what on earth this communication is all about and what we are supposed to know as a result of it, because I am damned if I can figure it out.
