being in the creative industry for 6 years, ive seen many hard workers that NEVER get rewarded for their time! why do you NEVER see creative people having flashy stuff... why? BECAUSE THEY DONT GET PAID WELL! not to say that theres no talent believe me! some designers can change the way the world looks at stuff BUT YET they get no credit... why are we being cheated out of a good salary when people with no qualifications or even a matric can pick up telephones and earn more than a creative who has studied for 4 years? is it time to change the industry rules? relook at how valuble creatives are in terms of business and give them A CHANCE! maybe a creative commision system where creatives get a percentage of everything they work on.

HERES THE QUESTION (those who are brave enough)
what do you earn as a creative, and if your not a high earner.. is the "passion" gonna save you from rent?
if you are a high earner, can i work with you :)
