Let me play the race card
Young and Black! what are my chances of growing as a designer in advertising?

As opposed to my fellow white class-mates. i know hard work, determination and creativity play a fundamental role here but things are not always in black and white... or should say Simple for the simple minded ones who will only check for spelling errors and overlook my consern.
