3rd International Oriental Dance Festival

This is a charity event in aid of Saartjie Baartman Centre for abused women and children in Athlone.

Building on the success of the past two years this year's festival promises to be an extravaganza!
The festival includes:

• An opening Gala Evening at Baxter Theatre (24 October ‘08) where professional and semiprofessional international and local belly dancers will perform. Tickets at Computicket R110. Students with valid student card and block bookings of 10 or more R90

• A Fringe Program at V&A Waterfront, the Blue Shed
(25 and 26 Oct'08) consisting of international and local belly dance performances from different dance levels, workshops, a bazaar and more. Entry free
• Workshops with international teachers are open to book. Timetable at www.iodfcapetown.com
