How do you know which software to use? It usually depends on the type of videos you want to produce, or how ambitious you are about editing as a career. If unsure, please contact me for direction.
The introductory courses are one-on-one classes, 12 hours total, structured as six lessons of two hours each. They're very practical, and by the end of the course you will have edited your own video. It's fun and relaxed, and no previous video experience is required.

“Jumper” courses: For experienced editors or film students who want to expand their skills to include new software, the “Jumper” courses will help you to apply your existing knowledge to new editing tools. These courses will save you hours of trial and error and immediately open up new work potential.
The Jumper courses are one-on-one classes, six hours total, structured as three lessons of two hours each. The essentials are addressed, such as logging and capturing, specific differences in editing workflow, working with transitions, filters and effects, rendering, colour correction, audio features, media management and delivering your finished video.
