race is an issue we all have to live with  by  its an issue we need to face!
Well i dont think that u have been to pta for an interview to try get into the graphic design industry cause im a young, black and talented graphic designer i struggled to get my job where im currently working and i went to many interviews with people not on my level but i ges the was no race involved in they're selection procedure but news flash we might be living in a democratic country but race is stil an issue that people try not to talk about.Just because we tolerate sum people it doesnt mean that we are fine with the situations that we face in our country.

Does design have a race ?  by  Graphic
Design is Design.

You cant distinguish race from a line drawn. Frankly , it shouldnt make a difference and its unprofessional to think so.

Me , as a white male , is struggling to get a job due to BEE , so to say that one race is better off than another is wrong.

Jobs should be determined by skill not color.

10 years of Freedom and Affirmative Action , no excuses.
Ironicly , due to Affirmative Action, "equality" is somewhat unbalanced.

But , this debate will stop here.
No losers , no winners , just players.
Lets act professional , Please.

Its gonna be a while!  by  black art direction student
10 years of affermative action does not make us equal and its naiive to think that it would.Black creatives arent at the level that they should be and there is not enough of them, thats why we applaud that brother and ecknowledge that that he is black!
