What relevance is there for the bags being on the poles? Feels like a weird space for them - actually detracts from an otherwise decent concept.

Clearly you dont get the concept.... If you have watched CSI, you will know they use the bags to put evidence in...Hence the reason for the bags!

Not so smart
The question was what the bags' relevance to poles was, as in why streetpole ads and not just posters - you're obviously the ad or the writer, so you tell me.

What does the CSI on Mweb have to do with Musica? Am I missing this? Like the concept though - better than seeing those stupid ""Son"" adverts!
