mpofu must go  by  blak-Makwena
i wonder how on earth does south africa position someone who was cheating with the former president's wife as a head of sabc. despite all the politics in the sabc, he doesn't deserve to be leading a national broadcaster considering his portfolio as a political mindler and generally aspiring politician...as fo Cassaburi, i think she should ask Khanyi Mbau how she gets all the media attention, not use sabc as platform.

No ways  by  Nyamazane
I believe that when you say a person should go or be fired you should base you view on his or her incompetent actions. He might have rumored to have cheated with the former president's ex wife but that doesn't make him incompetent. People should stop beating around the bush and say exactly why they want him to go. Most people want to link everything to what is happening at the ANC more especially when it's something bad, relax people ANC is going nowhere if you want to beat it form your own political party an be a lifetime president and don't let other leaders to take the reigns from you.

By the way, South Africa is a free country, so stop behaving as if detactaship is good for country.

we don't need this drama  by  ntokozo
i believe that sabc leaders have gone mad.the primary aim for the sabc it to deliver cutting edge news and programming that is intertaining ,educational etc. it is not a forum for politics to prove who has more power.i'm not a follower of politics but i know what's going on i don't need things like these slashed all over and i'm sure a lot of south africans will agree.

SABC  by  Muntu
Mpofu is like any other DG of government department, when the new boss comes in, chances are they might or might not stay! The new ANC leadership is merely exerting pressure on the "Mbeki" board which in turn mushroom downwards. There's nothing wrong at the SABC which is not experiences by other institutions of government.

SABC Drama  by  REVOLUTIONARY CAPITALIST
These are old toppies who are blindly fighting for power and on a wrong platform.

We need the SABC to put Africa on the MAP and definately will do without all this "high school" drama.

It's about time we proof our worth but instead all we show is how disorganised some of us can be and as a result painting a completely wrong picture about "black people"; and the same goes for all these so called government officials.

THE BIGGEST PORBLEM WE ALL HAVE AS AFRICANS IS UNNECESSARY GREED. LET'S ALL WAKE UP OR THE YOUTH WILL WAKE "YOU" UP!!

LET'S STOP ALL THESE POPEYE BUSINESS.

DUH! YES IT HAS!  by  Nomabandla wa kwa Dlamini
Not only has it tarnished its reputation but it has taken the rest of the country down with it. The same week that the SABC Firing squard hit S.A was host to delegates from around the world to discuss variuos issues about the media. The arrived to find US without either Head of News and CEO! With these kind of antics i dont see how anyone will ever take the Public Broadcaster seriously, it has failed South Africans dismally by continuosly playing rubbish like Days of their lives and others and thereby stealing from hard working S.A artists time and money. S.A WAKE up Londo n Schooled boys are wanting to rip us off before they retire.!!!

SABC  by  Lonwabo
SABC is just giving us information- I still watch it and see no difference after the Mpofu saga. I think the minute a question like this is asked- people feel obliged to say yes and others are brainwashed to believe it. People need to watch whats happening in their world and make their own opinion. When journalist start labelling... well..

SABC is nothing but a comedy from beginning to the end
Why don't you change this as well? Change all the names of everything as everything has been downgraded as this is what you are perfectionists at.
