When it comes to radio and Tv....Make sure you put someone that will appeal to people,someone speaking for the people, an attentive listerner, someone who fight and stand for people (Debra Patta), unbiased. Not someone that will compliment themselves and their "specific friends". We want one that will involve us, listen not only hear what we have to say!!!

Her voice and SABC Sport will go together, she's got that Carol Manana voice!!!! Position yourself....market/ marketing positioning is very important.....

I couldn't agree with you more. Bridget sucks, for real. I'm not sure why she thinks that shouting and literally copying other DJs will work for her. I think she tries to be Pabi (by being loud!), controvesial like Phat Joe and the list goes on. Problem is, she's not the sharpest knife in the draw, is not particulary informed about topical issues...

Listening to her on Saturday and Sunday afternoons is too much torture, imagine hearing her voice when you tune into Y in the morning....excruciating pain!

Guys, I really hope and pray that Sbu joins Y in May bcoz if that doesn't happen the station will be finished.Bridget please don't take it personal but u don't have what it takes to be on Radio, maybe the owls can listen to that voice. Can't the management try to get the likes of Fresh to do programming for the station bcoz they know what made Y what it is today?

Does he live in a bubble, does he not come across forums like these or do some researh, or friends who let him know how the used-to-be loyal listeners feel now about the station. I'm not giving up on Y, but I think they must add some substance by sourcing qualified radio personalities in every essence of the concept "qualified". or the existing dj's must up their game.

And the sad part is she believes she is happening. She made a comment about Ndofaya people the other day and she just thought she was humorous.The least she could have done was put that comment into context.

Your contract termination will come Bridgie. I suggest she start looking at acting roles, television presenting or quad biking - just try something else, as long as its not radio.

I mean i have never read a comment where just one listener gives her the props. Almost all the comments i have seen says Bridget sucks.

Now Bonang rocks, she has the personality and she really knows how to communicate & entertain the Y listener.

Could Yfm do itself a favour and get rid of Bridget. When I accidently listen to her voice I feel like vomiting.
Can Y management rather do a survey on Bridgie and assess if she is an asset or a liability to the station. I think +99% of the Y family would like her to leave. Our youth don't deserve to listen to negative pleople like Bridget.

I really think its either you have or you dont...bridgett i enjoyed it more when you where on tv.. on radio though,, im not really sure, ive got my reservations... you try though to keep the masses entertained and its not really working out. i recomend yfm though for giving young people a chance to do what they love. i enjoyed having bonang on Radio and Tv. She has got the voice, confidence and knows how to keep peeps entertained...Bonang should really consider being on radio...

The fact that the story was about AK and Bonang and some people decide to talk about Bridget means that at least she gets people talking. And that is what it's about. Love you Bridge

she should humble herself and remember the show is not about her, it's about listerners and most listerners might not relate to her life stories.
