The lady behind the the counter is having a bad day, more than likely because she's getting paid peanuts, has rent, food, transport and to pay - and prices are going up. How would you feel if everyone else, execpt for you, seems to have more and more and you getting less and less. Now smile and say, thank you - have a nice day
