I am quite impressed by the governement's involvement in the Cannes. I think this initiative is opening doors for us as South African, not only locally but internationally. I am currently in South Korea and I really admire to see the way the Korean government is supporting the film-makers in this country. I am adamant that the South African film industry can successfully market its films abroad if the government is willing to help. I am currently learning how to make films and hoping that one day, by the help of the South Africa government, my films would be able to appear in Film Festivals like the Cannes. I wish that South Africa to continue doing the great job.
I am so proud of our Government 's involvement in promoting Arts and Culture. It 's wonderful to know that a lot of people like Zuzani are inspired to work hard so they can get the exposure/recognition that comes with Cannes Film Festival - Zanele
