Greetings, I'm a friend of Joe's. We met in 1985 in Nairobi, Kenya during an international conference. I always thought Joe to be extremly talented, he was articulate and delivered a sharp critique on most any geopolitical issue anywhere in the world. He spoke for the upliftment of the disenfranchised and for all humanity. Although, I lived in the U.S. we remained very close in spirit over the years. I received word yesterday, June 10, of his passing. I would like to send condolescenes to his family but I don't know where to send them. I would appreciate a contact, a phone number, or an email number. May Joe Louw's soul rest in peace.
