A virtual life less complicated

“Broadband. Simplified” has been iBurst's new payoff line since 1 March 2008. With a sometimes bewildering array of marketing messages and product choice available to consumers, all iBurst marketing communication now reflects that consumers are switched off by complexity and turned on by simplicity.

“More of a mantra than an advertising slogan, our new payoff line will be top-of-mind for iBurst employees as they examine ways to simplify company processes for the benefit of our subscribers,” says Callia Doucas, head of marketing at iBurst.

“Not only do we have a concise new payoff line of only two words, we've consolidated our package range and now offer 7 instead of 12 wireless broadband packages while the re-launched iBurst website now requires fewer clicks to navigate. This is just the first of many initiatives aimed to simplify the relationship we have with consumers.”

“Our objective is the make the customer experience with iBurst pleasant and hassle free,” she concludes.
