Consolidated packages go live

iBurst's simplified range of seven consolidated packages are available to new subscribers from today, 1 April 2008.

Current subscribers will not be automatically migrated to the new packages and any subscriber wanting to change their subscription to one of the new packages will need to request this by contacting info@iburstgroup.co.za.

"This is turning into an interesting year for us. We've entered the voice communication market with the launch of Webfone and the reduction of our iCall VoIP rates. Now we've streamlined our data packages and made them simpler and more intuitive for the benefit of consumers," said Thami Mtshali, the company's CEO.

The inclusive monthly data allowances of the consolidated packages and their respective pricing are as follows (prices per month):

• 10 megabytes – no monthly subscription;

• 40 megabytes – R49;

• 500 megabytes – R149;

• 1 000 megabytes – R199;

• 3 000 megabytes – R449;

• 5 000 megabytes – R599; and

• 10,000 megabytes – R999.

For further information regarding iBurst products, the company's call centre can be reached 24 hours a day either via telephone (0860 IBURST or 0860 428 778) or email sales@iburstgroup.co.za.
