The Kids Zone sponsored by the Daily News, is sure to be a firm favourite with the younger members of the family. A wide range of fun-oriented kids activities have been organised from 09:00-22:00 each day. Children will have the time of their lives creating Funky Muffins with Pilsbury; decorating Daily News chef's T-shirts and aprons; learning basic cooking skills and pancake making; soaking in the story-telling magic of Gcina Mhlophe; making innovative jewellery with food; taking part in colouring-in competitions and taking on fantasy personas, as they have their faces painted. All this and loads of prizes and give-aways in the Kids Zone.

Tickets for the show are available at the door at R50 for adults and R25 for children under 12 years or avoid the queues by booking your seat at the Chefs In Action Theatre on-line at www.gourmetsa.com. Loads of safe and convenient parking is available at the venue.

The show times are: Thursday 14 Aug - Saturday 16 August from 10:00-21:00 and on Sunday 17 August from 10:00-18:00.
