Monitoring South Africa (MSA) will from 1 December offer clients premium quality digital content for all broadcast coverage, thanks to new communications technology and restructuring of the Broadcast Monitoring Division.

MSA's chief executive officer, Hennie van Zyl, has announced that the digital broadcast product will be available to all existing broadcast clients as a standard service.

“It's a double benefit to clients,” van Zyl said. “They will receive the improved service at their desktops at no additional cost”

Van Zyl said the new service surpasses any offering of its kind in the industry. The service will allow more efficient and speedy delivery, he added.

The process changes in the Broadcast Monitoring Division began in September, and are expected to conclude by late November. Van Zyl requested clients with any queries or comments to contact MSA offices.
