Personal Assistant Communications Training: the critical first line of defence

It is therefore imperative to equip PA's with effective writing skills to avoid such errors.

• Understanding the difference between spoken and written communication
• Identifying your audience
• Formulating coherent thoughts
• The secret to short, clear and simple communication
• Building sentences and structuring paragraphs


Powerful Presenting Skills

Since first impressions count, the way PA's portray themselves can often be a critical entry point in securing business going forward. It is more than just looking good - it is about leaving a lasting impression.

Core topics to be covered to assist in portraying a professional image include:

• That all-important eye contact
• Effective vocal usage
• Impactful body language
• Maintaining energy levels


The programme to be conducted at the client's premises, is inclusive of role play scenarios, group work that will be evaluated during the day, and comprehensive note packs.
