Mitsubishi have partnered with CineMARK and cinema advertising as a key medium for the new brand campaign which launched in June 2008 until October 2008.
The advert features the entire range of Mitsubishi vehicles, and is running in conjunction with the Mitsubishi TV campaign. To maximise brand exposure Mitsubishi will be displaying a car in the cinema foyer of the Kolonade and Greenstone shopping centres.
Advertising digitally with CineMARK will not only provide Mitsubishi the opportunity to use multiple executions at competitive production rates, but will also ensure that a diverse target market is reached as CineMARK adverts are screened countrywide to a varied audience.
Research has shown that the media mix of cinema and TV ensures the campaign is stronger and more influential. Cinema is a high impact medium with a captive audience, and provides frequency and additional impact to that offered by TV. Mitsubishi is no stranger to the medium of cinema advertising as they have used it very effectively in the past to promote the Dakar Rally.
