M&G Media resumes control of M&G Online

NEWSWATCH: M&G Media's “long-awaited” acquisition of the Mail & Guardian Online from MWeb, which has owned a stake since 1995, was finalised yesterday, Thursday, 28 August 2008, the online news site has announced triumphantly, saying that it's a “major strike” for its independence and that it “will ensure that we own our future”.
