Nintendo opens online gaming outlet

Nintendo SA is launching a new online store, enabling gaming enthusiasts to order both the latest releases as well as back-issues of their favourite Wii and DS Lite games direct from the site.

Once ordered, the games will be couriered to anywhere in the country.

Nintendo intends to inform fans of the online outlet by offering discount coupons at functions like the Brain Training events in stores nationwide, which can be redeemed at www.gamingstore.co.za.

The online outlet also provides Nintendo fans in South Africa with a direct way of communicating with Core Gaming, the local distributors of Nintendo, to let them know which games, old or new, they would like to see become available, which will help the supplier meet niche demands as far as is viable.
