Zendome - spotlighting famous brands: freshly, distinctly, irresistibly

Zendome showcased and represented the City of Berlin - in the form of the “Berlin Design Dome” - at the 47th Salone Del Mobile Milano in Milan, Italy, in April 2008.

The conspicuous marquee, a stylised representation of the iconic Berlin TV tower, showcased 20 young German designers against the pure white background of the Zendome structural framework and membrane, and enchanted more than 270 000 visitors to the most important furniture and product design expo in Italy.

The structure ensured Berlin “extremely high brand recognition” and earned the City glowing international media coverage.

The international business auditing and consulting giant KPMG toured Germany last year with an Information on Employment and Career Opportunities Roadshow.

Called “KPMG Live 2007”, and scheduled to be repeated during the 2008 European summer, Zendome conceptualised the KPMG Lounge and located it at Universities in Munster, Frankfurt, Mannhein and Hamburg.

Designed as “quiet communication areas” inside a large public space with LED illumination dressing the extravagant KPMG info tools in the company's corporate colours, the crisp Zendome lounges - generating exceptional visitors' traffic - gave students the opportunity to make first contact with the KPMG “universe” and converse with KPMG audit, tax and advisory consultants.

The Spanish brand activation agency Mil Vueltas branded a 150m Zendome “bright red Coca-Cola” and created an irresistible Soft Drink Bar for thousands of music lovers at three recent international open-air festivals: the Festival Internationale in Benicàssim, and the MetroRock and Festimad in Madrid.

While masses of Pop and Rock fans, Techno ravers and Indie and Elektro lovers danced to the rhythm of Iggy & The Stooges, Dinosaur Junior, Slayer, Pearl Jam, The B-52´s and many others, the high-domed interior of the Coca Cola Soft Drink Bar provided ice cold refreshment in a relaxed atmosphere for tired revelers and immersed guests in the unique landscape of the Coca Cola brand.

Zendome provided a focal point and stood as an eye-popping exclamation mark for the Open Space Creativity Camp in Kauzen, Austria, in June 2007.

Exhibiting its versatility and flexibility as a platform for powerful brand messaging, the Zendome's specially designed and printed outer membrane proved a perfect reflection of the Camp's main themes of the arts, music, philosophy, meditation and yoga.
