Finally summer is upon us, and with the weather warming, so Grapevine is aiming to warm the hearts of others by continually showing its support for our community. Most non-profit organisations rely solely on the donations of others, and struggle to create awareness for their cause, as advertising usually does not fall into their already starved budget.
Being an advertising agency, what better way to give back to our community, than by giving what we do best!
Our most recent contribution aimed to help create awareness for The Salvation Army.
The Salvation Army is an international movement and an evangelical part of the Universal Christian Church that has been in operation since 1865. Its objective is to meet human needs and to help fight against the abuse and exploitation of mankind without discrimination and to alleviate human suffering and distress.
In order to raise awareness for The Salvation Army's campaign against human trafficking of children, the fashion industry teamed with creative agencies and numerous organisations and opened the fashion ramps at Sanlam SA Fashion Week to focus public attention on the impact human trafficking is having on society and children in particular.
As they say, every bit counts, so we decided to print press kit postcards that we're distributed to a range of hotels, restaurants and key airports to highlight the campaign.
The campaign has definitely reached the hearts and minds of countless, and will hopefully continue to open the minds of many, and change the minds of the culprits.
