SABC2 presenter search reaches Joburg

The search is on to unearth new presenters for a new youth property on SABC2. This weekend, it's the chance of Joburg to audition - next weekend, Durban.

The names of the new presenters will be announced in December, as well as an announcement on the new youth property launching on the channel.

The SABC2 youth presenter search will be at:

  • Clearwater Mall, Johannesburg: 31 October - 1 November
  • The Bay of Plenty, Durban beachfront: 7 - 8 November

Auditions are taking place every Saturday on the roadtrip itinerary, from 8am to 8pm; every Friday, SABC2 will host lots of weekend activities and distribute information with entry requirements and details for the next day's auditions.

Presenters from SABC2's Hectic Nine-9 will be on stage to entertain and interact with the crowds coming through for a weekend of SABC 2-fun!

The Joburg auditions this Saturday will feature guest performances from the Lyrical Assassinz and DJ Apes live on stage.
