Cooking up more magic for a second season

Cooking Magic, the SABC3 cooking show produced by Urban Brew Studios, is now in its second season, targeted at the young and old.

The 26 episodes are filmed on a bright, colourful and dynamic set, with energetic presenters Sibusiso Mkhize, Phumzile Sitole and Dino Zuccollo. Sitole and Zuccollo are the chef-like characters, with the latter also the show's magician. Mkhize host portrays a chubby guy called “Cyber Kid”, who is displayed on a screen on the fridge and is part of the ‘Matrix'.

Cooking Magic also features a segment in the show that is filmed at schools, where the chefs cook up a storm of delicious recipes with learners.

Every episode features a celebrity guest who joins the presenters on set and entertains viewers by doing a live performance of a song, a dance, or a comedy show. In addition to this, the presenters will interview the guest while they set the table to enjoy the finished product of the recipe of the day.

Guests in this second season include Gangs of Instrumentals, Shine 4, Anele from 94.7, Tasha Baxter, Wafeeq, The Parlotones, Evolver, Sureshni Govender, Malaika, Fevertree, Lonehill Estate, Aya from Idols 1, Loyiso, Hikotorie, Voodoo child, Speedy and rock band Walt.
