O'Connor for Kfm breakfast show
Ryan O'Connor is the new breakfast show host for 94.5 Kfm, the radio station announced yesterday, Tuesday, 27 May 2008. O'Connor will take up the top slot from Monday 30 June, following Nic Marais' departure to further his studies in the US.

O'Connor has been a presenter with Good Hope FM since 1999, having hosted both breakfast and afternoon drive.
94.5 Kfm station manager Colleen Louw says the station is thrilled to welcome him on board. “Ryan is the perfect choice for the Cape's No. 1 breakfast show. He is a great fit for the brand and our ongoing strategy. We are sure our listeners will love waking up with him in the morning.”
She says O'Connor joins a strong breakfast team and that his co-host Melanie Jones, producer Stephen Werner, as well as the news, traffic and sports presenters, will make him feel at home in no time.
“I'm looking forward to being a part of this well-loved team. We share a love for the Cape and its people and that will certainly remain the focus of the show. It's the right time for me to make this move and I'm very excited about the future,” says O'Connor.
