A glittering launch by Kadoro helps to break the ice for Brandbar

A dazzling party with an ice-breaking theme served to launch new Centurion-based ad agency Brandbar with sophisticated aplomb during May.

Some 80 guests comprising suppliers, current and potential clients gathered to celebrate in the glacial surrounds of a branded ice bar, decked out in arctic blues and ice-themed sets, enhanced with glass shards, roses and bright Barberton daisies. Iced cocktails and vivid shooters served in ice shot glasses warmed the spirits, before guests got down and danced the night away!

“The branded ice-bar was an unusual and impactful coup for Brand Bar's launch,” explains Kadoro MD Amanda Maynard. The company logo, frozen into a block of ice formed the arrival centerpiece and had guests fascinated. While evoking the might of a solid foundation, it also served to differentiate the company from its competitors - and certainly left guests with a lasting impression.

“From the brief I completely understood the aim of the function and how critical this event was to the client's brand,” says Amanda. I was easily able to identify with their needs, having gone through the process of launching my own company not so long ago!”
