Village Pro: Pimp your boss!
Issued by: Student Village

Recent graduates and young employees are invited to attend Village Pro's 'Managing the Generation Gap' event; a fun, interactive look at how young employees can understand and manage the conflicts that can arise between them and their older managers - for free.

This is the fourth Village Pro event for 2008. Guest speaker Aloysias Malmane from tomorrowtoday.biz will be employing corporate theatre and audience interaction to illustrate some of the common misunderstandings that can arise between employees and managers of different generations, with practical hands-on examples of how to manage them effectively. The evening promises to be highly entertaining, and young professionals will walk away with a better understanding of their managers and how to 'manage up'.

For the first 300 graduate RSVP's attendance is FREE, thereafter the cost will be R 100/ person. So RSVP as soon as possible to events@villagepro.co.za to make sure you don't miss this!

Village Pro is proudly brought to you by the creators of Student Village and GradX, in association with ABSA.
